Picture Composition

This is not a good example of either of the 6 elements of design or the 7 principles of art. There is too much going in the photo with the plant close up, the bike rack and then the cars behind them. The focal point of the picture is unclear because of all the objects.

 This is also not a good example of any of the elements or principles. There is no focus point and barley anything going on in the photo. Your eyes do not know what to look at. It is very blank and boring with no color present.

 This photo shows movement as your eyes travel up the truck of the tree. Texture is also shown in this photo as you can see the ripples and knots in the tree bark. The element of line is also present because of all the branches.

This is a good example of an asymmetrical image, with the bike being off center. Dominance is also present as the bike is clearly the focal point of the image.
